The Old Barn 

This is a two storey Old Barn originally built in the 1870’s, converted into a cottage in 1999 opened in 2000.

The Barn comprises of a kitchen diner and sitting room on the ground floor, with a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, both with exposed beams in a natural wood finish.

The pine kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dining table and chairs and has sufficient utensils for four people. 

The sitting area is furnished with three piece suite, coffee tables, digital TV/DVD. The 2 seater sofa is a sofa bed which will sleep two. 

On the first floor there is the bedroom with large (6’ x 7’) antique pine bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. A cot for young children can be provided.

The bathroom has bath with shower over, hand basin and W.C. with chest of drawers and mirror.

An oil fired combination boiler provides hot water and heating.

There is a laundry room adjacent with washing machine and tumble drier.

The barn has it’s own parking area and use of a courtyard. 

There is a small CL caravan site and two well stocked fishing ponds which are only open to people staying on site.
