Payment
Terms
1. Bookings must be
accompanied by a 30% deposit and will be deemed to
have been accepted on confirmation of booking.
2. The balance
must be paid not later than 60 days prior to
commencement of holiday.
3. Holidays
booked less than 60 days from its commencement
must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
1. Any cancellation
made for whatever reason should be made in writing
to Pelham Arms Farm.
2. The effective
date of cancellation is when the written
notification is received be ourselves (preferably
be registered post).
3. A cancellation
charge will be made based on the number of days
notification of cancellation given to ourselves by
the Holidaymaker.
4. The amount of
charge made will be as shown on the scale below.
