The Stable Block 

Originally stables and open fronted cart shed, these buildings have been converted into a single storey two bedroom Cottage, it has been done wheelchair friendly with metre wide doors throughout suitable for disabled. National Accessible Scheme Level 2.

The Stable Block comprises of a kitchen diner, sitting room, disabled wet room, double bedroom and single bedroom with pull out twin bed if needed.

The kitchen has an electric low level built in cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs with wheelchair friendly sink and utensils for four to six people. 

The sitting room is furnished with three piece suite, coffee tables, digital TV/DVD player. 

The main bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside cabinets and dressing table. A child’s cot can be provided.

The single room has single bed with pull out twin and dresser.

The wet room has a level floor grille to give easy access to wheelchairs, low level basin and W.C. with disabled bars.

An oil fired combination boiler provides hot water and heating.

There is a laundry room adjacent with washing machine and tumble drier.

The Stable Block has a parking area with own patio and garden.

There is a small CL caravan site and two well stocked fishing ponds which are only open to people staying on site.
